This 5-hour collection is perfect for intimate wedding days that deserve more than just quick coverage. With one photographer, this package allows enough time to capture not just the main events, but also the in-between moments that make your day feel real — from getting into your attire to golden hour portraits and the first part of your celebration.

We’ll map out the best way to use your 5 hours based on your vision. Whether you want prep + ceremony + portraits, or ceremony + golden hour + cake cutting — we’ll build it around what matters most to you.
On the wedding day, I’ll arrive ready to capture your story with care and calm energy. With one photographer, I move quietly and intentionally — guiding you when needed, but always letting your day unfold naturally.
After your day, you’ll receive a sneak peek gallery within 1 week, and your full gallery will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.

"This guy can shoot in the dark! We inadvertently put Vince through the wringer when a massive storm caused a power outage at our venue. Without missing a beat, Vince had battery-powered lights up, ready to take our portraits in the dark. He also used the opportunity to take some creative and gorgeous "getting ready" shots utilizing the bridesmaids phone lights as illumination. Luckily we got the power back on before the reception officially began.
We loved Vince's positive and casual attitude throughout the experience. He was upfront with his thoughts and ideas and it's worth noting how comfortable of an environment he created all through the day.

Policies
License Policy
Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.
Add-ons and additions Policy
Location Access, Fees, Permits
If you choose to shoot at a location that charges for access and/or a permit for photography. The Clients shall be responsible for all fees associated with shooting there, including but not limited to entrance fees and parking. Clients shall also organize access to the location and any required permits.
Travel Policy
Travel Policy
Travel within 50 miles included.
Travel outside 50 miles would add an additional travel fee of $150.
If travel is greater than 100 miles I'd ask that we discuss splitting the cost of travel and lodging.
Payment Policy
To officially reserve your wedding date on my calendar, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This payment secures your date and ensures I’m fully committed to capturing your day.
The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before your wedding. You’ll receive a reminder email and invoice to help keep everything easy and on track.
Why this structure?
This allows us to break things up into two manageable payments and gives you one less thing to think about during wedding week. I want you fully focused on enjoying the moment — not juggling last-minute logistics.
Payments can be made securely via Stripe where you can pay via Apple Pay or Credit/Debit Card

Extensions and Reshoots Policy
Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply at $150 per hour.
If you have to change the date of your wedding we are happy to continue as your photographer if we are available.
