PACKAGE DESCRIPTION

This session is for couples who want to turn their engagement shoot into something meaningful and creative. We’ll take our time and create space to explore — whether that’s a sentimental location (like your proposal spot or first date hangout), a scenic setting you love, or two contrasting places that tell your story.


You’re welcome to bring multiple outfits to switch things up — dressy and casual, cozy and cool — and I’ll help with outfit tips ahead of time if you want them!


More than anything, this session is a chance for us to connect before the wedding. It gives us space to build trust, have fun, and get you feeling totally comfortable in front of the camera — so when the wedding day arrives, it all feels natural.


This is a great option if:


• You want more variety and visual storytelling

• You have a special location that’s meaningful to your relationship

• You’re excited to treat this as a full experience, not just a photo session

WHAT TO EXPECT


We’ll begin with a personalized Planning Session where we talk through your vision — location ideas, outfit styling, the vibe you’re going for, and how to make this session feel like you. Whether you have a specific location in mind (like your proposal spot or favorite date-night hangout), or need help brainstorming, I’m here to collaborate with you every step of the way.


During your session, we’ll visit one or two locations, and you’re welcome to bring outfit changes for variety. I’ll gently direct you when needed but always leave space for candid moments and real connection.


This session is more than just portraits — it’s an experience that allows us to connect before the wedding and gives you images that feel timeless, personal, and true to your story.

Policies

License Policy

Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.

Add-ons and additions Policy

Location Access, Fees, Permits

If you choose to shoot at a location that charges for access and/or a permit for photography. The Clients shall be responsible for all fees associated with shooting there, including but not limited to entrance fees and parking. Clients shall also organize access to the location and any required permits.

Travel Policy

Travel Policy

Travel within 50 miles included.
Travel outside 50 miles would add an additional travel fee of $150.
If travel is greater than 100 miles I'd ask that we discuss splitting the cost of travel and lodging.

Payment Policy

To officially reserve your wedding date on my calendar, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This payment secures your date and ensures I’m fully committed to capturing your day.

The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before your wedding. You’ll receive a reminder email and invoice to help keep everything easy and on track.

Why this structure?
This allows us to break things up into two manageable payments and gives you one less thing to think about during wedding week. I want you fully focused on enjoying the moment — not juggling last-minute logistics.

Payments can be made securely via Stripe where you can pay via Apple Pay or Credit/Debit Card

Extensions and Reshoots Policy

Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply at $150 per hour.

If you have to change the date of your wedding we are happy to continue as your photographer if we are available.
