It’s designed for couples who want everything from getting-ready moments to dance floor fun — without going full marathon.


This package works beautifully for timelines that include:

• Reception highlights: dinner, speeches, and early dancing


With two photographers, we capture the big moments and the quiet ones — like your partner’s reaction as you walk down the aisle or your parents tearing up during vows. If your timeline is feeling a little tight or you want more breathing room, we also offer an 11-hour all-day collection for fuller coverage from start to finish.

Before the wedding, we’ll schedule a Timeline Planning Session — to map out your day, helping you feel confident about what’s being captured and when. We can customize your coverage and build a flow that supports what matters most. You don’t have to worry about the schedule — I’ve got it covered.


On your wedding day, I’ll begin coverage as you’re getting into your dress/suit or writing your vows — and stay through your reception speeches, first dances, and early party moments. With two photographers, we can capture things from multiple perspectives — reactions, in-between moments, and the emotion that unfolds naturally. You’ll feel supported, not directed — with space to be present with each other and your people.


After your day, you’ll receive a sneak peek gallery within 1 week, and your full gallery will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.

Policies

License Policy

Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.

Add-ons and additions Policy

Location Access, Fees, Permits

If you choose to shoot at a location that charges for access and/or a permit for photography. The Clients shall be responsible for all fees associated with shooting there, including but not limited to entrance fees and parking. Clients shall also organize access to the location and any required permits.

Travel Policy

Travel Policy

Travel within 50 miles included.
Travel outside 50 miles would add an additional travel fee of $150.
If travel is greater than 100 miles I'd ask that we discuss splitting the cost of travel and lodging.

Payment Policy

To officially reserve your wedding date on my calendar, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This payment secures your date and ensures I’m fully committed to capturing your day.

The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before your wedding. You’ll receive a reminder email and invoice to help keep everything easy and on track.

Why this structure?
This allows us to break things up into two manageable payments and gives you one less thing to think about during wedding week. I want you fully focused on enjoying the moment — not juggling last-minute logistics.

Payments can be made securely via Stripe where you can pay via Apple Pay or Credit/Debit Card

Extensions and Reshoots Policy

Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply at $150 per hour.

If you have to change the date of your wedding we are happy to continue as your photographer if we are available.
